What's the custom bags with logo printing cost?

Silkscreen print: one color one side-US$0.016, one color two sides=two colors one side- US$0.032...
More colors calculate cost like these. Pay more attention to the silkscreen print not be done with gradient color.
Heat transfer print- It will depend on the actual print logo size. Then we will analyze the correct expense.

How to make these custom tote bags?

We have a non-woven bag making machine. Firstly, we will purchase 100% recycled PP Granules.
The PP granules entre into the non-woven bag making machine, the fabric will be made well in there.
Secondly, cut the non-woven fabric into perfect dimensions before sewing.
Third, silkscreen print or heat transfer print according to customer demand.
Fourth, stitching or heat seal the custom non-woven bags.
Fifth, will check the extra stitch thread, bag print quality and pack these pp non-woven bag.
